Loading...IKAIKA Academy is on a mission to take New Jersey martial arts by storm! With new promotional packages, larger schedule and a unbelievable facility. Under the instruction of black belt Zed Chierighini, head instructor of IKAIKA (Hawaiian for Warrior) students of all ages will have the opportunity to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self defense, Ginastica Natural, MMA, and submission wrestling. IKAIKA is a Renzo Gracie affiliation, and our experienced instructors work closely with students teaching a variety of techniques and conditioning methods at the highest level of instruction. Our classes have been designed to cater to students of all ages and skill level.
Head Instructor Jose “Zed” Chierighini is a Black belt under Renzo Gracie that has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 17 years. Zed is originally from Florianopolis, a city on the southern tip of Brazil. As a three-time Pan American medalist, 2004 NAGA Champion and a 6 time South Brazil champion, Zed is more then qualified to appoint as IKAIKA’s head instructor.
Ikaika is conveniently situated within the massive Superdome Sports complex in Waldwick, New Jersey. With its state-of-the-art climate controlled venues, innovative programs, expert instruction and a considerate, knowledgeable staff. Superdome Sports is committed to providing an environment which is always safe, clean, and friendly.
