Bars Boxing Gym in Brooklyn New York, specializes in three types of Martial Arts: Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai. Our programs specialize for male and female age five and up. All our classes are broken down into age groups. We offer morning classes and evening classes as well. This program can prepare a fighter for a match or just condition a person through our strength and cardiovascular workouts. At Bars Boxing, you can learn mixed martial arts as a discipline. Our goal is to teach techniques and drills you would find in elite fighters gyms and make them accessible to everyone. Our students spend their time equally between overall physical conditioning, stand up techniques (Kick Boxing & Boxing) as well as some grappling techniques (Judo and wrestling) and situational self defense. The guiding principle of our schedule is that every technique must be able to be performed against a resisting opponent in live drills. At Bars Boxing you can study and perfect:
