A competitor is only as good as their team & coaches. We are experienced at coaching athletes in all levels of competition from grappling tournaments to mixed martial arts competition. We have been in the training camps of athletes for the pinnacle of competition – The Ultimate Fighting Championship.
While we pride ourselves on our competitive athletes, we take no less pleasure in seeing the advancement of students whose main goal is self defense, physical fitness or just a healthy lifestyle. Our curriculum includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Submission Wrestling, Greco & Freestyle Wrestling along with a Mixed Martial Arts program second to none.
