We specialize in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Okinawan karate, Judo, and Wrestling. Our school is an Official Representative of legendary 8th degree black belts Rigan Machado and Marcos Santos. The school prides itself on a superior group of instructors with black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Okinawan Karate, Judo, Muay Thai and Phylsung Do. Our boxing instructor is one of a small number of level 4 boxing instructors in the country. The wrestling coaches have over 25 years experience with Greco-Roman, Folk-Style and Free-Style Wrestling, and have won numerous championships on all levels. Our instructors build confidence through achievement and create champions.
In addition to mixed martial arts, our school provides a special program just for children. The detailed curriculum focuses on providing developmentally appropriate skills that help to improve basic motor coordination and listening skills. Your child will have fun building strength, confidence, focus and self discipline. The school also offers self defense classes for women.
