We are one of area’s premier programs instructed by State, National, and World Champions. Our Judo ranks are USJF/USA Judo certified and honored by the Kodokan Judo Headquarters in Japan. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is a Gracie Jui-Jitsu system with ranks certified through above BJJ Instructors and black belts. Our staff includes NYS educators, medical and law enforcement professionals. Each of our head instructors are CPR-AED certified and we are fully licensed and insured.
