Team Link New York is instructed by Justin “Ze Colmeia” Delgado, who has trained under Marco and Napao for three years. Justin is a graduate of Springfield College where he studied exercise science. Using the knowledge of Strength and Conditioning, Justin is able to better prepare his students for competition and to increase their physical well being. Through hard work, a love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and his eagerness to continue to learn, Justin offers a unique experience in every class!
