While the primary emphasis is on self-defense, martial arts training is also an excellent means of maintaining optimum health and fitness. Instruction at Dick Harrell Martial Arts (DHMA) offers a variety of methods to develop your skills in kicking, punching and grappling in a hands on environment.

Whether your preference is one-on-one training/instruction or group classes, our goal is for the student to feel confident and proficient in all ranges, standing up or on the ground.
