We also offer Adult and Children’s classes in Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Our program is designed to offer something for everyone. We will work with you to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is self defense, getting and staying in shape, competing in grappling or MMA. Or maybe you’re interested in Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, learn to subdue an opponent using technique instead of strength with joint locks and chokes.
We have the largest facility of its kind in Oklahoma, with 1,600 feet of mats, an outdoor course with tractor tires and sleds, and a full weight room and cardio equipment to get your grappling or fight game to the highest level possible. Over 10,000 square feet total! The Kid’s Program is a fun and challenging way for children ages 5-14 and their parents to study martial arts in a clean, comfortable and non-intimidating environment. Our program focuses on devloping realistic self-defense techniques, physical fitness, self-discipline, confidence and most of all FUN!
