All aspects of self defense are covered; striking with the hands, elbows, feet, knees, clinching, throwing, and proper application of submission holds. The training provides a common sense approach to self defense, while remaining a fun, safe, and invigorating workout.
Students will find that training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will give the necessary tools to truly protect themselves in virtually any situation. We are a Official Saulo Ribiero Jiu-Jitsu Association Representative for the state of Oklahoma, and a member of The National Association of Professional Martial Artists.
