Extending Fitness in Portland, Oregon, is designed to extend fitness styles to higher levels by blending them with Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) techniques. This design provides inner core strength training and development for all genders and ages while enhancing the understanding of MMA forms and disciplines. These techniques, from Boxing, Ju jitsu, and Karate, to Pilates, have all been incorporated, to form the classes at Extending Fitness.

Instruction is done in group classes in a gym setting as well as private, one on one lessons – all in an intimate, studio environment. The classes are not your typical workouts – the regimen changes daily so that your body, both physically and mentally are constantly challenged. The competition you face is only within you and your abilities. There is no hierarchy here, there are no belts to achieve – it is your choice on how far you extend your internal and external strength.
