G.I.R.L.S. Gym offers Kickboxing, Submission Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts training for women. We cover effective techniques both standing and on the ground, practiced against resisting opponents, using Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Although we recommend training both, the G.I.R.L.S. Gym Women’s Kickboxing and Grappling programs are offered in one-hour recurring classes, and can be taken separately from one another. Feel free to visit our discussion forums and talk with Coach Sarah or other G.I.R.L.S. Gym students.
