For “no rules” scenarios, we have to be adept at everything. There are 4 major ranges of fighting… punching and kicking range, clinching range and on the ground. Our MMA program covers every range and every possible scenario from each.

I have been going to Daddis for the better part of 3 years.
I’m 46 years old ( twice as old as most of my class ) And I have always been treated with respect. It’s a great place to learn. If you miss something in class there is always someone there that you can pull to the side to ask a question or to show you a move.
    Daddis Rocks…

I trained at Daddis MMA for about 18 months but sadly had to move out of state to VA. I am currently training at another school but I didn’t realize how spoiled I was until I moved. Daddis has a great, friendly atmosphere and the training is amazing.. I love my current gym but sometimes it’s weird knowing that some of the assistant instructors over at Daddis could beat the crap out of my HEAD instructor.

Anyway.. if you are in the Philadelphia area, definitely check them out! I went to a bunch of other schools in Philly but Daddis was really the only one that had a TRUE mma program.. most were just bjj schools that tried to teach striking.
