awesome group of people to train with, nice facility, instructor was helpful and encouraging, wish i lived closer
Place is alright if you can get past the dirty mats and bad egos. Only thing I found good about it was the cost which was reasonable but then again, you need bodies so you reduce your costs to almost free.
not sure what other review was referring to, but i found this place to be mostly clean and the people there were very friendly and ego free, maybe he was there on an off night, i visit the philly area frequently and always stop in to train. staff there is very open to out of area visitors

In the GrindHouse Gym you have USA Olympic level Judo & Boxing. Both teachers Justin (Black/Belt judo) & Master Dan (Boxing) were Olympic alternates. Many MMA fighter train there also. Dan Black Belt in Hapkido, Black Belt in Military martial arts, & Purple Belt in BJJ. Sean Blue belt in BJJ & fighter in Kickboxing. Christian Black belt in Tung So Do.
