Our program is not only designed to benefit MMA competitors, but also those who are seeking to improve their physical fitness levels as well as those who are looking for new challenges.
You will also see that we stand behind what we teach, because each and every instructor has competed in either MMA, muay thai, or grappling tournaments (submission, wrestling), and our fight team has produced five MMA champion title holders.
Justin “Jay” Haas is our fight trainer and instructor at the Lewisberry location. Jay has been involved in wrestling for over 12 years, and has been training MMA at Hanover for 2 1/2 years. Before turning pro, Jay earned an amatuer record of 4-1, also winning the Operation Octagon featherweight title.
