Loading...Our goal at Sports Extreme in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania is to bring together the finest sports training in the world today under one roof. We did just that! Sports Extreme is a 17,000 sq. ft. facility, like no other. The main training area is equally divided into individual training areas such as areas for BJJ, MMA, Wrestling, Boxing and Olympic Taekwondo.
We have a full fitness center as well as a cardio training area and a group fitness area. Our facility has over 17,000 square foot featuring Classes in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Scholastic, Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling, Judo; MMA Amenities include: Sinister Fight cage for MMA, Ringside Professional Boxing Ring, 6,000 square feet of new Resilite Wrestling and Grappling mats, With another 40,000 square feet of Zebra brand puzzle matting for BJJ, a full weight room, cardio room on the Mezzanine along with a 50′ x 18′ foot auxiliary room for group fitness Heavy Bags, Speed Bags for Boxing, Fully stocked Pro-shop, Juice and Smoothie Bar, Wi Fi Café, and a Kids Club child watch area.
With this innovative design and layout we are able to offer to our members, several different classes running simultaneous. This is an extremely effective concept, especially if you are a family who has more than 1 person who trains. Or, if you are looking to cross train in 2 or more sports. Sports Extreme will be hosting on-site boxing, grappling, kickboxing, and MMA shows, in our own arena. From our trainers, to our staff, to our Kids Klub Center, to our juice and smoothie bar, our members can be certain that they will receive the highest quality service and products available. Our large reception area/juice bar/Wi-Fi lounge area is a place for the members to meet before class or to relax after a workout and have a protein or fruit shake and chat.
