We offer classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (a Regis Lebre Affiliate), Mixed Martial Arts, Universal Defense Systems (a blend of concepts from Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Chinese Gung Fu, Kali & Savate), Karate, Judo and Woman’s Kick Boxing.
it wasnt until I changed gyms that I realized what I was missing out on, this gym is small and does not offer the required space to properly train to the fullest.
