Tri-Force MMA is located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, training out of Manfredo’s Gym, one of the largest training facilities in the North East. Classes focus on a variety of mixed martial arts including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing. Tri-Force MMA is run by Keith and Pete Jeffrey, in coordination with Matt Santos (Team Santos Fighting Academy), and Tim Burrill BJJ. Pete Jeffrey is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/ Mixed Martial Arts fighter and trainer. He has placed in the top three in several NAGA (North American Grappling Association) and Grapplers Quest tournaments in and around New England. He received his purple belt from BJJ black belt Tim Burrill (TBBJJ) and Mat Santos (TeamSantos fighting academy). Currently, Pete teaches a grappling class at TBBJJ and he helps train several local fighters. He gives private instruction in MMA and BJJ to several students at all ages and skill levels (from beginner BJJ enthusiasts to professional MMA fighters). Pete is a highly dedicated trainer, and he is looking forward to building up a strong core of Rhode Island based Jiu- Jitsu/ MMA fighters.
Keith Jeffrey is a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as a teacher of Mixed Martial Arts. In addition to having his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under black belt Tim Burrill and local grappling wizard Matt Santos he has also won many Mixed Martial Arts events. Keith has won many divisional championships under the North American Grappling Association (NAGA) as well. Although an experienced teacher he continues to grow his talent and studies boxing with instructor Dave Keefe. Keith looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience with students of mixed martial arts as well as personal training clients looking to improve their fitness level and lifestyle.
This school is great! No longer with Manfredos gym. Peter Manfredo sr has moved and triforce has taken over all 14000 sq ft . Great instruction and a very welcoming vibe. Great place for pros /amateur or just to get in shape.
