We offer classes in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, Cardio Kick-Boxing, Women’s Self-Defense, and Kid’s Classes. Private lessons are also available.
Our hours are 9 a.m to 9 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Call anytime to speak with one of our trainers or stop by to try a free class!
This gym is highly disappointing. These guys obviously know little to nothing about mma and training. One of the instructors even said that he personally knew and trained under Pat Miletich. He would tell fighters in class that he would get them to train with Pat and stay at his house. It was ridiculous and I could sense the lies a mile away. I called the Miletich school personally to check out his claims.
They had never heard of them nor wanted anything to do with their school. It turns out that these guys do not have any qualifications whatsoever and have never trained in MMA before.
I feel like I really wasted my money. It was an incredibly disappointing experience.
