Training guidance is offered by two of the best trainers in the country, Pat Miletich and Brett Fischer. Pat has trained over 11 world champions and Brett has numerous first round draft picks in the NFL. Our trainers and coaches work directly with Pat and Brett passing on the best training tips and techniques in the world. CTC is over 22,000 sq ft with two large MMA areas and every piece of functional training equipment you could want. Most importantly, it has the knowledge to pass on to our members to make them great athletes or fighters. We have classes for all skill level please come check us out.
