We teach Muay Thai, Sombo, Japense Jui Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling, and NHB fighting as well as Self Defense. We also offer children’s programs as well.
Our Head Instructor is Nick White, who is a National freestyle champion, national Greco-Roman champion Junior Olympic Gold Medalist, UNDEFEATED MMA fighter, and the current King of the Ring Heavyweight Champion and Light Heavyweight Champion. With him, you WILL learn the art of submission grappling, all the benefits of a great wrestling background with all the submissions of jiu jitsu. Don’t just fight off your back.
Our Muay Thai Instructors have a combined 25 years of experience. You WILL learn the striking art of Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand. Very explosive kicks, punches, knees and elbows.
