I have been training at Tidewater BJJ for a year and a half now and really enjoy it. I have trained at a few other gyms in Hampton Roads and this is the best one that I have been a part of. The instructors are great, they really know their stuff, and they are good at teaching.
BJJ classes are M-F for adults, and open mat on Saturdays. Muay Thai M, W, F.
