Been Going here for about 3yrs great gym, great atmosphere instructors are all great people… The work outs vary from extreme to kinda easy depending on the time or the day you go. The facility is huge they have about 40 heavy bags a large ring and plenty of mat space for rolling they usually offer both grappling and mid to high level kickboxing at all hours they are open as well as intense cardio workouts most days for that extra edge.

Brian is one of the nicest guys you will meet and won’t do anything to put you in a bad position fight-wise and will help you in any way possible I’m not sure what the last persons problem was probably just goes to a competing gym. Also Brian offers a FREE WEEK to anyone looking to just try out his gym. The gym also offers full weight room rowing machine elliptical and treadmills. Pricing is reasonable and very’s based on what your interested in and how long you sign up for.

This gym may work for some, but wasnt what I was looking for. I spent three months at this place, attending Mauy Thai class three days a week. I did not encounter a lot of meat heads or egos, however no one was overly friendly either. I was given instructions each day, but was usally left alone to work a bag by myself. This was a great workout, but never had anyone telling me what I needed to improve to get anyone to really care about my development. Overall, not a bad gym but not what I was looking for. Also it was very pricey ($130 a month) and the place smells like a junior high locker room. Check out BJJ of Olympia ($80 a month). Friendly people, spar every week and a different approach to the game as a whole. I developed at BJJ of Oly more in a week than I did at Brian Johnsons in 3 months.

Not what I was looking for. I spent three months training Mauy Thai there and spent most of my time punching a bag. Although it was a great workout, I did not progress in my skills one bit. I would have been fine with this if someone would have told me what I should have been doing to get a little more attention from the trainers. This wasnt a bad gym, but I expected more for the $130 a month I was paying. Also the place smells like a junior high locker room. Check out BJJ of Olympia. Completely different approach, much friendlier and cheaper (they also spar every week, regardless of your skill level).
