I gave this gym 1 medal. I was not one bit impressed with it. They “claimed” to have classes every day of the week. They DO NOT have class everyday of the week, or at all. They have OPEN MAT. This gym really only offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and not much else even though they tell you that they offer other classes such as MMA, Muay Thai, & Boxing.
The boxing instructor Gary Wolfe is rarely ever there to teach boxing classes. Also, they have no Muay Thai instructor at this gym. Most of the guys there don’t have any standup. Getting decent standup training at this gym is really hard to come by. They do have Matt Brown & Mike Patt (UFC Fighters) come to this gym about 1-2 times a year to work on them with their Muay Thai. While Matt Brown & Mike Patt are elite level fighters only training standup once to twice a year even with them will not take you far without much other standup training. I almost forgot to mention this gym has a lot of drama. I seriously felt like I was going through Jr. High again at this gym.
