Located in Martinsburg, West Virginia, this facility is equipped with two spacious dance studios and a competitive martial arts area with new cage, we offer professional instruction for ages 3 through adult. Our instructors have over 25 years experience in teaching various forms of dance and martial arts. We offer classes in: Brazilian JuJitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Tang Soo Do, Kick Boxing, Weight Training and Self-Defense.
Gary Crim is the Martial Arts Master at Team Extreme: His martial arts training began in 1974 and since that time, Gary has studied with more than a dozen masters and holds Black Belt ranks in many systems. He successfully ran Red Dragon Martial Arts Center for over 25 years, during which time he promoted over fifty people to the rank of Black Belt. Master Crim has held Board positions for many different martial arts assocications and continues to work with the National Kids Safe Network to keep kids safe from predators. He is currently a certified Judge and Referee for the International Contact Sports Federation, one of only two organizations in the United States that sanction Professional Mixed Martial Arts Events. He is also a Fitness and Nutrition Instructor and has written many articles for fitness magazines.
