I couldn’t been more disappointed in this place. All these people really seemed to care about is the money. Our kid was crammed into a class with so many other kids that there was barely room. Then when we had a problem with out kid (medical) they wouldn’t let us cancel or even postpone the membership, which doesn’t make good business sense because I told them we would be back after the problem was over. Which is why I suggested just postponing the membership. So instead of maybe getting 8, 9, 10 or who knows how many years of karate, they could have gotten from us, they get none. All so they could get 6 more months. ALSO, they use a third party company called ASF International. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL!!
Don’t believe just me….Just do a search on the internet for ASF International Complaints. The Better Business Bureau has a rating on these guys of F. My opinion…..STAY AWAY FROM BLACK BELT KARATE STUDIO IN RACINE, WISCONSIN!!
