definately a cool training facility with a genuine group of instructors. Really enjoyed the fact that the people training there like to be there as well. Really an eye opener for someone who has never done anything other than team sports. The coolest thing is seeing some of the guys you see on tv come in and train as well. Knowing your training or “rolling” with a competetive fighter makes the experience that much better. Stoked!
