We have professional athletes training in and teaching all of our classes to ensure that you receive the proper instruction when learning techniques. Next Generation RSM is run by Zack Brennan, younger brother of MMA Lightweight fighter Chris Brennan. Zack is a Brown Belt in Nogi Jiu-Jitsu and holds a 2-0 Professional MMA record.
Along with our martial arts classes we also offer an extensive Fitness Program highlighted by our featured class MMA Cardio. All of our fitness classes are designed to push each and every individual regardless of your fitness level. In each class you have the opportunity to push yourself above and beyond your previous personal best! You are only as good as your last session!
