Our goal is to ensure that our students learn effective and proven self defense skills, taught by qualified instructors, in a safe and positive environment offering instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Muay Thai Boxing.

Our curriculum focuses on all aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling, from throws and takedowns to ground work and submissions.

Our method of instruction provides a common sense approach to self defense while providing a fun, safe and invigorating environment. Primero integrates beginners into ongoing classes with advanced students. Newcomers learn not only from the instructor, but also from more experienced students. Advanced students, in turn, gain valuable insight by helping new students progress, thus providing a wider pool of technical knowledge, wisdom and insight.
