The Academy of Striking and Grappling (ASG) offers San Bernardino and Riverside County residents a multi-dimensional approach to martial arts, self-defense and health & fitness training. Our Academy attracts a wide variety of Southern California martial arts students due to our community-acclaimed youth martial arts programs, our stress relief and healing martial arts programs, our ‘real world’ self-defense programs and our adult martial arts, fitness and cardiovascular programs.
