Muay Thai Academy of America in North Hollywood, California, is the first Muay Thai gym in US which has the original Muay Thai academic and training. We teach self-defense by using fist, feet, knee, and elbow as the weapons, which is called Muay Thai. For the past 18 years, the students not only here in the U.S. have acknowledged us but throughout the world.

Our goal is to educate the students in the fighting style of Muay Thai. The goals are to imporove coordination, stamina, fitness, bring discipline, modesty and have a bit of fun. We also offer competitions to enable student to gain fighting experience. We have trained majority of today’s U.S elite champions and have been around for over 18 years.

Muay Thai Academy of America was the first muay Thai Gym in the U.S.A. It was founded in 1983. Muay Thai Academy is a Muay Thai standard gym, which has the original Muay Thai academic and training. We teach self-defense by using fist, feet, knee, and elbow as the weapons, which is called Muay Thai. For the past 17 years, the students not only here in the U.S. have acknowledged us but throughout the world. A lot of amateur and professional fighters, trainers and instructors, actors and some of the people who are involved in martial arts trained here at Muay Thai Academy. Thai fighters and boxers who came from Thailand to fight for championship used our gym for warm up and training.

So Muay Thai Academy of America is well prepared for those who are interested in Muay Thai training, or just to exercise or learn for self-defense or get seriously in professional Muay Thai fighter or even a trainer or instructor. Our Gym instructors were professional fighters and trained to be instructors so they are ready to give you any professional advice in Muay Thai. Other than that we also have the seminar inside or outside service upon your request.
