Tom has over 30 years experience in the Martial Arts, including titles in Wrestling (Junior Olympic Competitor), Traditional Karate (8th Degree Black belt), Kajukenbo (Professor title), Jiu Jitsu (Black Belt) and 4 time US Open Champion.

This gym is the place to train in the valley for sure!!!!! It’s clean, friendly, and the classes are great!!!!
