Optimus BJJ in Laguna Niguel is owned and operated by 18-year MMA/BJJ devotee and Master Teacher Grant Collins. He holds a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a first degree black belt in Hapkido, Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has over six years of teaching experience with adults and children. In every class, he strives to bring out his students’ greatest potential thorugh martial arts. Jiu-Jitsu is a vehicle for personal development (both physically and mentally) and, when taught correctly, helps you quickly become stronger, more flexible, disciplined and confident.

Great place! I’ve been training there for a couple months and I’ve felt my game improve a lot. The other students are nice but tuff too. I love it.
