I trained at this place 2 years ago, the only reason I left was because I moved to San Fran for college. The coaches here are amazing. I used to train with Mike Frison on the MMA fight team. He is this small pretty lookin guy till he puts on the gloves, then he turns into a Muay Thai monster. Good group of people. No attitudes and really helpful to not only the fighters, but all of the beginners. Chewy in the back helped me a lot with my Jiu-jitsu.

Great gym,Great people, overall a great gym to go too the stand-up here is pretty good and the grappling here is the best!!!!

  • There is no better place to train in OC, Sifu/Guro Daniel Sullivan has been a student and instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto for more years than I know!! I have been down there for classes and seminars with top martial artists and the atmosphere is welcoming, professional and these guys are obviously pros in everything they do.

In my opinion this is the biggest McDojo in Orange County. I would stay away from OC Kickboxing,

I started here in the fitness classes, the instructor saw potential in me and kept asking me to do the Muay Thai and BJJ classes for a while I didn’t, but about 6 mo. ago I tried them and now I’m hooked! The instructors are all certified by the Thai Boxing Assoc. and most of the BJJ instructors are National or World Champions. The cool thing is they are totally mellow and humble. Really nice people. In short, I love it.

The training and instruction here are amazing. The prices though, are pretty high. The guys at the front desk are the biggest meathead, bro-tastic idiots I’ve never seen. Also, this place sells your contract to a super shady third party, making it difficult to cancel or change your program.
