At WARDANCE TRAINING CENTER in Irvine, California, everyone is welcome! It doesn’t matter your age or what shape you’re in. The first thing you should know is that we believe in having fun. We understand that exercising on a regular basis isn’t exciting for most people. At WARDANCE TRAINING CENTER we will show you how exercising can be fun and innovative. Our focus is to provide effective exercises in a fun format, eliminating boredom and inconsistent exercise habits.

Our kickboxing classes are some of the best in Orange County. With a blend of martial arts and cardiovascular conditioning, each class is designed to help you tone your body, enhance your flexibility, and relieve stress while having fun. During these one hour classes we will teach you the basics of fighting, including punches, kicks, and footwork. We guarantee you will have fun, get a great workout and burn a lot of calories!

If you are preparing for an upcoming MMA fight or if you want to step up your martial arts training, our Fight Training is the program for you. Our Orange County fight specialists will create a schedule of intensive workouts designed to get you in the peak of fitness. Fight training typically includes more cardio, intense conditioning, more rounds with the pads, more sparring and more bag work. You will be pushed to your limits and beyond, but you will be prepared for what is to come.

With that said, you should also know that WARDANCE TRAINING CENTER is not a traditional gym with lots of machines and little interaction. We believe in focusing on the person and tailoring exercises to his or her abilities in order to get results. That is why our Irvine gym facility has more open exercise area and very few traditional machines. Weight and cardio machines create repetitive motion. If you keep doing these same motions, your body will stop adapting and you will not see results. At WARDANCE TRAINING CENTER, we focus on using your own body to increase range of motion and add resistance, which is why we use fitness bands, free weights and stability balls. This larger range of motion and natural resistance provides all of the muscles in your body with the ability to get something from a workout – rather than limiting your results by the machinery that is available.
