Loading...Team 3 Fight Academy in Ontario, California, is a 3,800 square foot, full service training facility with over 2,400 square feet of mat space. We also have an 18 foot mixed martial arts cage to enhance your training experience. Our academy is fully equipped with thai heavy bags, pullup bars, resistance bands, 100 lb. grappling dummies, TRX system, jump ropes, thai pads, focus mitts and much more! We foster a safe and friendly, family oriented training environment. We offer instruction in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi Submission Grappling, Commando Krav Maga, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Strength & Conditioning and Wrestling.
Our mission is to create a safe, encouraging and positive atmosphere where students, no matter what age, gender, or physical capabilities, can increase not only their ability to defend themselves, but also their mental focus, levels of self-confidence, self-discipline, and overall fitness (body, mind and spirit). Through practical application, motivation, dedication and hard work, we strive to help our students achieve their goals whether it is recreational or professional aspirations.
Team 3 Fight Academy is a vision that owner Sergio Machado had while serving his third tour in Operation Iraqi Freedom while in the US Army. He was assigned to 2-35 INF Recon Scout platoon (Team 3). Upon getting out of the military, he started a clothing company called Recon Fight Gear to honor those whom he served with and those who still serve. But most notably, he honors those who gave their lives in the defense of this great country of ours. He uses his military experience to draw from when instructing and fighting. Team 3 is a direct reflection of the integrity, honor, loyalty and high esprit de corp that he lived by while he served as an Airborne Ranger.
