Our specialties are traditional Muay Thai instruction, and no-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu–with an emphasis in cage competition. Our principals include former Lightweight Muay Thai Champion, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students under Royce and Rickson Gracie. We are home to professional fighters – get fit or refine your fighting technique with real pros!
Classes are offered for all skill levels: Youth MMA classes, adult beginner and intermediate Muay Thai, no-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu beginner and intermediate, pro-fighter training and one-on-one private classes to fit your unique goals.
