Instructors are Bill Hosken, who has been teaching BJJ in Colorado Springs since 2002, and Lori James. Bill holds a black belt, and Lori holds a brown belt. They earned their belts from Rigan Machado’s school. We provide highly detailed instruction with an emphasis on fluidity and perfect technique. Typical class structure includes a warm up session, instruction and drills for 2-3 new moves, and light sparring: We offer a mixture of gi and no-gi classes.
