Glad you asked. We test it! Our Combat Athletes put it on the line by competing in Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, and Grappling Tournaments at least once a month. Also, in almost all of our Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, or Mixed Martial Arts classes, the student gets to drill with a resisting or non-compliant partner. This is the only way you can prepare yourself for real world self protection.
