Loading...Gracie Barra Villa Rica is located within DefKon One Fighting and Fitness in Villa Rica, Georgia, offering Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition, MMA, Kickboxing & Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Combat Cardio and Judo are taught at DefKon One as well. There are classes throughout the day Monday through Saturday.
We feature a 1500 square feet mat area for BJJ as well as 1000 square feet of kickboxing space. Unique to the area is the 18′ diameter octagon-shaped cage in the center of the academy. We also feature a 20′ x 20′ competition boxing ring for MMA purposes.
