AMAZING SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS – Our Stand Up and Ground Programs offer real world defensive tactics designed to quickly develop your ability to protect yourself and your loved ones.

AMAZING STRIKING SKILLS – Our American Sport Jiu-Jitsu Stand-up program will bring your striking skills (punching, kicking, knees, elbows) to the highest level possible. This is the art that most of the UFC Fighters trust to help them win their battles. Our classes are done in an extremely safe manner and focus on the “average person” who has a job and doesn’t need a black eye the next day. Our motto is, “Train Like the Pros, Without all the Blows.”

AMAZING GRAPPLING SKILLS – Our AWESOME Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques will help you develop your ground game for either self-defense or for competition (your choice!). This art has been made popular by almost every UFC Fighter and are as practical as you can get. You can take two private lessons with a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and then move into the New Student Class where BJJ Basics are taught and grappling is kept to a minimum so that you can master the technique. Perfect for people who are out of shape or hesitant to start a bjj class.
