POW! Mixed Martial Arts is a fun combative sports training center & mixed martial arts school. POW!’s program offers mixed martial arts with a focus on fitness and health. We offer over 50 classes a week in various combat sports. Our classes cater to an ‘All Level’ population. We are also the official Krav Maga training center of Chicago. Our schedule offers boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, krav maga, jiu jitsu, MMA and many signature classes unique to POW.

POW!’s 7000 square foot facility offers several different martial arts and a full fitness schedule. This martial arts university and fitness facility offers the following classes: krav maga, kickboxing, boxing, kung fu, self-defense, Brazilian jui jitsu, cardio-kickboxing, jump rope training, Freemotion circuit training equipment, body sculpting, sports conditioning, yoga, and kid’s progams.

    I’ve enjoyed this gyms class offerings, especially from a hobby and personal-enrichment perspective. The way that they teach my mind and body to work together is invaluable to me and useful in my day job. Katalin, especially, has crafted a program, and brought in instructors, that further the idea of the gym as a complete core and body workout, as well as a social and physical hub useful in my day to day life. I’ll definitely be here for years to come!

    I have been a student of POW! MMA for over 3 years. Mixed martial arts were brand new to me. The instructors at POW! are very knowledgeable and technique is a priority. I have become proficient in Krav Maga, Boxing and Muay Thai and I owe it to the training style at POW! MMA. Not only that, I am in the best shape of my life and having fun doing it!

    This will be my third year as a member at POW! MMA. I have also attended week long classes at Emerald Smoke and Monkey Bar Gym in Chicago. When I travel, I like to check out different MMA gyms to learn other instructor styles and class format. I have been to Finney’s MMA in St. Louis, Fit 2 Fight in Springfield, MO and Laselva MMA in Wichita, KS. POW! MMA hands down: 1) Has the best instructors 2) Focuses on proper technique 3) Teaches discipline 4) Starts class on time 5) Promotes a learning atmosphere. No matter if you’re a beginner or a seasoned fighter, POW! MMA is the place to train!
