We have trained Golden Glove boxing champions World Kickboxing Champions. Submission wrestling champions and MMA champion amateur and professional fighters. Have been training fighters since 1984. Head instructor Troy Hayes is an inductee of the USA Black Belt Hall of Fame in 2005, and 2006 as Instructor of the year. Everyone is welcome at Hayes MMA!
