MMA, Wrestling, and Judo instruction also provided. Our goal is to train individuals for self defense, while also motivating and providing students with the necessary tools to succeed in the competitive arena.
All classes are instructed in a manner that is conducive to learning, using the best of formal and informal methods to provide a relaxed, yet structured atmosphere. We offer both gi and no gi classes, with emphasis on solid fundamental grappling skills. We offer affordable rates for individuals, families, and groups.
