We are the home of Joe Lauzon, who is part-owner at Lauzon MMA. Joe fights for the most prestigious mixed martial arts organization in the world, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Joe is at Lauzon MMA for the vast majority of his training. Joe Pomfret is the other owner and primary instructor at Lauzon Mixed Martial Arts. He is currently a black belt in Uechi-Ryu Karate and purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Tim Burrill.
