FIGHT CLUB PROVING GROUND- On February 17th, 2010, a vision became a reality as Fight Club Proving Ground presented the “Fight for Fitness” Grand-Opening celebration of its new training and fitness facility, Fight Club Proving Ground.

This Multi-Fitness Facility offers training equipment and fitness classes for students and adults of all ages and all skill levels. After school classes are available for both Middle School and High School students. (Students must maintain a passing G.P.A. to be eligible for membership). Ladies classes are also available.

    Wow,

    The fight club proving grounds in Waterford is one of the premier gyms in the state of Michigan,
    The coaching staff is sick. Joe battaglia, Ben lagman, Steve forbes, Daron Cruickshank, Adam kelso and Todd slater.
    all of these guys are masters in there sport. all sport specific coaches.
    They have one of the biggest gyms in the state with a 24 Foot Cage and a full size boxing ring. wrestling mats, weight room and so much more. cant wait to go back.

    I went here to check it out before sending my 5 year old there. I would NEVER let my child be instructed by the teacher. Screaming at them and constant bullying by the teacher will not make children enjoy their time there. I will be looking for another place to send my child. The kids class should be avoided at all costs!!

    I Love this Martial Arts Academy. My Kids have been in the kids Class for years. I love the Discipline. The Sensei’s do not sugar coat life experiences. My Husband and I recently joined ourselves, He takes Jiu-jitsu and I do the Fitness Classes. FC is a Great Place to train with a family atmosphere. I give it an A+++

    The very first time I came here the guy I talked to about the gym had his shirt up and was playing with his bellybutton the whole time. I thought it was rude that I was trying to get info. on the gym and he had a finger in his navel.
