Group classes exist for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Conditioning, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, as well as Mixed Martial Arts. Diet and Nutritional Counseling is available. Personal Training and private lessons can be scheduled at any time.
Head Instructor Bryan Guidry is a two-time World Games Medalist (Silver ’07, Bronze ’06) and Rodrigo Vaghi prodigy. Bryan has fought in 8 mixed martial arts fights with no losses. Five of those fights ended in submissions in less than 2 minutes. He has fought against UFC veterans Curtis Stout and Adrian Serrano. Bryan also defeated top rated UFC contender Hermes Franca in a submission grappling event.
