Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are instructed by RGDA Black Belt JW Wright and RGDA Purple Belt James Wade. Patriot Self-Defense offers age appropriate training for everyone, starting at age five. Please feel free to stop by for a free introductory class. A long sleeved tee shirt, sweatpants, and tennis shoes are all that is required.
