Our facility is over 4,500 square feet, complete with Heavy Bags, Fairtex Thai Pads, Free Weights, over 1,000 feet of mat space, and a Pro Shop as well.
Rick Wymer is SFC’s head instructor and Jiu-Jitsu/MMA Coach, and the Springfield Missouri Representative for Daniel Montanha De Lima of Gracie Barra Miami. Daniel is a black belt under the world famous Carlos Gracie Jr. Rick currently holds the rank of Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Daniel Montanha.
I’ve trained in 4 other gyms but nothing comperes with the quality of knowledge they share with their students. I would highly recommend SFC as your training facility for bjj, Mma, kickboxing, or self-defense.
