We offer a training area which is fully matted with two inch Zebra mats on a 12 inch cushioned, elevated platform. Comfortable seating is available next to our training area. We provide separate Men and Women dressing rooms,each with lockers and showers. In addition, the facility is climate controlled. We believe in keeping a clean and safe family environment. We are confident that you will enjoy your total experience.
