Because of the pace and discipline required for our program,we will only accept students 9 years old and up. We limit our class size to 8 students to ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve. Students will gain real self-confidance and knowledge that will last a lifetime!
We also offer a Mixed Martial Arts program with classes in Kickboxing/Boxing, Grappling and Conditioning. This is a great program whether you are looking to just get in shape, learn self-defense, or even participate in competition! Our program offers Kickboxing, Grappling (no-gi), Conditioning and Self Defense. We also have a MMA Competition Team, as we are a member of the Western New York Fight League.
